๐Ÿ• 3 min read

The Study in India programme is a flagship project of the Government of India executed by the Ministry of Education. It is designed to facilitate and encourage international students to study in India's premier higher education institutions, offering a centralized platform to explore over 8,000 courses across more than 600 partner institutes.

Partner institutes provide financial assistance in the form of institute-driven scholarships and fee waivers for meritorious students at the discretion of the individual institute. 3

The higher education network includes institutions with NAAC accreditation of 3.01 and above, top NIRF rankings, Institute of National Importance status, Institute of Eminence status, or QS World Ranking Asia recognition. The medium of instruction across all partner institutes is English.
