The Rhodes Scholarship, administered by the Rhodes Trust, funds a Master's or DPhil at the University of Oxford in any subject the university offers. Pakistan has its own dedicated national constituency, meaning Pakistani applicants compete specifically against other Pakistani candidates rather than a global pool, through a country-specific selection committee.
