Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme

The scholarship funds one year of full-time master's (taught programme) study at Oxford - doctoral (DPhil) study is explicitly not eligible - across virtually any subject offered at the university, from public policy and international development to law, economics, and the sciences. Beyond the degree itself, scholars join a structured leadership development programme that includes workshops, one-to-one mentoring from senior professionals, and a growing global alumni network of Weidenfeld-Hoffmann scholars across government, business, academia, and civil society.

Financially, the scholarship is comprehensive for the funded portion: it covers 100% of the Oxford course fee and provides a living costs grant of at least £21,805 for the year (in line with Oxford's standard graduate minimum funding level), which together typically represent a very substantial full package for a one-year Oxford master's degree.

Because admission to Oxford is a prerequisite - candidates must first secure or be applying for a place on an eligible Oxford master's course - the scholarship application is submitted as part of the standard Oxford graduate application by selecting the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarship in the funding section and submitting an additional scholarship-specific statement. This structure makes it well suited to strong Pakistani graduates and young professionals targeting a top-ranked, fully funded one-year master's with an explicit leadership-development and home-country-impact focus.
